Preventative Maintenance

Keeping your system well maintained ensures optimum efficiency and increases the lifetime of your system. Don't let costly breakdowns occur when they could have been avoided by routine seasonal preventative maintenance! Having your air conditioner or heating system serviced is like having the oil changed in your car, it is vital to the longevity of the system. On average, over half of the repair calls we take are problems that seasonal service of your air conditioning or heating system will prevent. Most problems come about by poor air flow due to lack of air filtration in the system (dirty filter or no filter at all), loose electrical connections, low refrigerant charge, and faulty or corroded safety sensors. These are all things that our preventative maintenance plan covers. We service your air conditioner in the spring and your furnace or other heating source in the fall. This ensures that your system is running at peak efficiency and also that it is operating safely. Take a look at our Service Agreement Page.
